As many of you know, I cut my professional teeth in technology before starting in real estate. So when building a real estate business and team, I did so based on how I thought real estate in Victoria, TX, should be done, not how it had been done. While we love our clients and are so pleased that they love us, we want to be measured first and foremost by our performance. What worked yesterday may not always work tomorrow.
